I founded Luji Capital to acquire and operate small, founder-led businesses in the B2B services sector with a long-term ownership mindset. Our focus is straightforward: preserve what works, enhance operational excellence, and ensure continuity for employees and customers, allowing founders to step back with confidence.

My professional background encompasses operations, strategy, and business acquisition, spanning both large organizations and small businesses. I dedicated 6 years to scaling an e-commerce business within a larger LED lighting manufacturer, transforming it into a $35M business unit from a base of less than $5M. Over the past 5 years, I've advised Fortune 500 C-suite leaders on strategy and M&A, both at a global consultancy (Bain & Company) and in-house at a publicly traded corporation (Veralto).

In addition to my professional experience, I have founded and operated small businesses directly, providing me with firsthand exposure to the realities of founder-led companies, where decision-making is personal, resources are limited, and employees and customers take priority.
